What You'll Do
- First point of contact in the yard - directs customers and deliveries
- Keeps track of ticketed materials, properly identifies vehicles and person, attains required legal documentation of customers
- Assesses weigh materials inbound and outbound into process area, and prices tickets
- Accurate identification of material to assign correct value
- Provide customer service, ensures customers specs and contract requirements are fulfilled
- Accurate record keeping of contract and deliveries
- Assesses by grade accurate weight of material orders and issues supplies for visitors and customers entering the yard
- Walk up customer service: driver's license or accurate documentation & back-up for materials sold
- Print tags on jobs for daily production
- Receive all inbound loads for inventory and place in correct bins
- Record all heat numbers off produced material from shop and manage electronic files
What You'll Need
- Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Driven individual with honesty and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic
- Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
