What You'll Do

  • Maintain office supplies and place orders for standard office supplies, paper (large and small format), Xerox and HP supplies, etc
  • Function as weekly Kronos Administrator and sign off on timecards each Monday
  • Print and ship drawings based upon transmittals and drawing files provided by detailers and/or project managers. Print rebar placing drawings for field use and package drawings. Create FedEx or UPS Shipping label and package for shipment
  • Set up new contracts and gather necessary documents for detailer, lister, and/or project manager
  • Utilize CMC project systems to manage contract documents. Ensure all contract drawings are downloaded from applicable locations such as Sales Hub, OneDrive, and/or customer provided links
  • Complete regular audits of in-progress projects to maintain accurate records of job progress
  • Ensure that approved changes within Salesforce are mirrored to the project level within MyProjects
  • Assist detailer, lister, and/or project manager with additional project specific contract administrative tasks, as needed
  • Ensure that project close out tasks are completed upon project completion
  • Provide support to detailing, listing, and/or project managers by creating barlists for material on an as needed basis
  • Track costs associated to external detailing via Excel and Coupa platforms to ensure compliance with contract agreements and to maintain active purchase orders. Initiate requisitions for new purchase orders when deemed necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to provide additional engineering department support
  • Create Barlists for 99 orders, misc. stock orders, PT barlists, etc. Barlisting needs may adjust based upon overall business demands
  • Additional items as requested by Engineering Manager

What You'll Need

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time required
  • Ability to analyze data and pay attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred
  • Experience with Kronos, Salesforce, and Coupa preferred

Your Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
