What You'll Do

  • General Administrative Functions such as telephone calls, email, mail and filing
  • Perform standard administrative duties requiring knowledge of organizational policies and practices
  • Perform Accounts Payable tasks such as creating purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, and reconciling
  • Record/track truck miles, equipment hours, and maintenance hours
  • Provide back-up support to the Cashier and assist as needed
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers at all levels
  • Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience preferred
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Able to take direction and work independently while executing on schedule
  • Ability to work an 8-hour schedule Monday through Friday

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
