What You'll Do

  • Provide expert troubleshooting for all Microsoft 365 applications, address performance issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Oversee Exchange Online mail flow, configure mailbox policies, implement security measures, implement eDiscovery and Legal searches, and resolve email-related issues.
  • Partner with Teams Voice engineer to support and optimize Microsoft Teams
  • Configure and support requests around SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business environments.
  • Manage user accounts, as well as manage permissions and access controls within Microsoft 365 services.
  • Partner with Security team and IAM Engineer to Implement and monitor security policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance solutions.
  • Lead future migration initiatives of data and services to Microsoft 365, including file storage, and collaboration tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including guides, troubleshooting tips, and system architecture reports.
  • Optimize licensing and subscription costs.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation and management.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security tools (e.g., Conditional Access, Security & Compliance Center).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID management.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, etc.).
  • Experience with third-party Microsoft 365 management tools.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises integrations.

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred), Engineering, or a related discipline.
