What You'll Do

  • Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained and work closely with other CMC counterparts to identify areas of improvement
  • Demonstrates a passion for customers and world class customer service
  • Work with managers and employees to identify root cause of customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee production to ensure quality standards are met and assist the QC department in identifying root causes and eliminating identified issues
  • Track and report key functional metrics to stakeholders, as needed
  • Drive performance and productivity through review of monthly KPIs
  • Actively involved in promoting a successful Proactive Safety Measures program

What You'll Need

  • Strong focus on positive work culture and employee engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills by performing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work assignments
  • Must have critical thinking and analytical skills

Your Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
