What You'll Do

Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained and work closely with other CMC counterparts to identify areas of improvement
Demonstrates a passion for customers and world class customer service
Work with managers and employees to identify root cause of customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Oversee production to ensure quality standards are met and assist the QC department in identifying root causes and eliminating identified issues
Track and report key functional metrics to stakeholders, as needed
Drive performance and productivity through review of monthly KPIs
Actively involved in promoting a successful Proactive Safety Measures program

What You'll Need

Strong focus on positive work culture and employee engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills by performing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work assignments
Must have critical thinking and analytical skills

Your Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
