What You'll Do
- Conduct and document pre-pour, post-pour, and final inspections of precast concrete products.
- Perform testing of fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Inspect, approve, and stamp products to ensure compliance with ASTM, DOT, customer, and company quality requirements prior to shipment.
- Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and inspection documentation.
- Monitor incoming materials and assist with quality control equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Support plant certification programs and prepare for industry and regulatory audits.
- Partner with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
What You'll Need

Experience in quality control, concrete testing, construction materials testing, or precast concrete manufacturing.

Knowledge of concrete testing procedures, quality standards, and inspection practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to read and interpret specifications and quality requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical job duties.
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- QC Certifications (ACI, NCPA, DOT)
