What You'll Do

Communicate effectively with departments andmaintainaccuraterecords of work, repairs, and material usage
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment, hand tools, and expertise
Execute repairs, replacements, adjustments, calibrations, assembly, installation, testing, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Inspect and perform daily maintenance on shop machinery, mobile equipment, HVAC systems, PLC networks, and cranes
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, split units, package units, and refrigeration systems
Operate diagnostic tools such as digital voltmeters, multi-volt meters, and other electronic instruments
Use SAP maintenance module for documentation, time tracking, and corrective actions

What You'll Need

Proficient in using precision measurement instruments
Intermediate understanding of HVAC controls, electrical schematics, motor theory, common electrical tools, and high voltage (+480V)
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, or 3 years in a heavy industrial setting
Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, dust, fumes, loud noise, uneven surfaces, elevated areas, and confined spaces
Effective verbal and written communication
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and steps, and work at heights
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration trade practices

Your Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
