The IT Manufacturing Production Support (MPS) Analyst will be responsible for providing IT hardware support for all CMC manufacturing production systems. The IT Manufacturing Production Support Analyst will provide technical expertise to Recycling, Mill, and Fabrication lines of business for the design, development, modification, and support of the IT hardware (networking, servers, devices, etc.) of CMC manufacturing production systems. The IT MPS Analyst will be working with other IT teams as well as with Operations/Manufacturing teams in a collaborative effort across CMC. The IT Manufacturing Production Support Analyst will work with Operations teams to drive process change and standardization through change initiatives and process improvement projects including relevant change management activities to enhance business acceptance.

What You'll Do
- Provide support to critical Recycling, Mill, and Fabrication systems
- Collaborate successfully by working with Operations technical teams and resources
- Problem solving including root cause analysis and corrective action
- Plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept to closure
- Provide training and support during implementation of systems
- Contribute to building teamwork through open and honest communications
- Ability to work across different non-technical and technical functional groups
- Customer Service focused
What You'll Need
- 5 plus years’ experience within a technically related field (IT or Manufacturing Automation)
- Knowledge of manufacturing process systems
- Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle methodologies and industry best practices
- Broad understanding of project management routines and disciplines
- Networking protocols – TCP / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, bridging, etc
- Knowledge of Wireless Networking
- Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Server roles - DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 2010/2013 experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as required (up to 50%), including International travel
Your Education
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics or another related field required.
