What You'll Do
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, finance/accounting and auditors to understand current fixed asset management process, system and policy
- Maintain effective internal controls and provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally
- Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues
- Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects as requested
- Provide and communicate innovative solutions to management for process efficiency
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial reports
What You'll Need
- Knowledge and background working with financial systems including installation and upgrades
- Ability to navigate in a matrixed organization
- Strong financial background including experience with planning, forecasting and integrated financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience with project management and process improvement
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required
