What You'll Do

  • Support the Capex Procurement Team in coordinating purchasing activities for capital projects
  • Partner with Engineering, end users, and project stakeholders to confirm requirements, specifications, and timelines
  • Assist with purchase order issues, documentation updates, and system accuracy
  • Manage and resolve open or blocked invoices
  • Update CAPEX documentation that includes the PSR, any project or equipment file and any procurement records
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and progress updates for project related purchases
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders align with project schedules and installation or service plans
  • Support compliance with procurement policies, CAPEX governance, and audit requirements
  • Provide reporting support on CAPEX activity, open POs, delivery status
  • Assist with vendor account creation and updates
  • Provide non-standard purchasing support for Corporate IT, Mobile Equipment, Shears & Benders, and End of Life Buyout processes

What You'll Need

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or capital project support
  • Strong communication skills across Engineering, Procurement, Finance/AP, and site teams
  • Proficiency with ERP System, SAP
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
