What You'll Do

  • Protect pricing to support organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of assistant project managers and project managers.
  • Coordinate projects through each of the internal divisions (Accounting, Production, Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure the project remains on agreed upon schedules with the customer.
  • Maintain current and build new customer relationships to ensure maximum share of customer wallet.
  • Driving results through the utilization of all functions within the organization.
  • Deliver timely and effective solutions and advisements to ensure all projects remain on and/or exceed schedule.
  • Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their needs are met, communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to ensure their needs are understood and met.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years experience in a project manager/coordinator role in the concrete or manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizations skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to properly organize, prioritze, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus
  • High School Diploma GED or Tech Certificate required.
