What You'll Do

Protect pricing to support organizational goals.
Lead a team of assistant project managers and project managers.
Coordinate projects through each of the internal divisions (Accounting, Production, Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure the project remains on agreed upon schedules with the customer.
Maintain current and build new customer relationships to ensure maximum share of customer wallet.
Driving results through the utilization of all functions within the organization.
Deliver timely and effective solutions and advisements to ensure all projects remain on and/or exceed schedule.
Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their needs are met, communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to ensure their needs are understood and met.

What You'll Need

2+ years experience in a project manager/coordinator role in the concrete or manufacturing industry
Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizations skills
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to properly organize, prioritze, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Your Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus
High School Diploma GED or Tech Certificate required.
