In this position, you will assist our Florida Fabrication Sales team in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: Providing month review of Percent Complete Meetings, monitoring zero-dollar invoices, reviewing projects for escalation management, providing Contract Summaries, and manage/review/approve of project Partial and Final Waivers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support for all projects from inception to completion
  • Provide guidance to sales team on new job set-up, documentation requirements, and new account set up.
  • Maintain Salesforce, ASA, and SAP databases
  • Manage Pay Applications, monitor AMM Indexing, CFX & FDOT Indexing (where required)
  • Provide Contract Summaries, and manage review/approval of project Partial and Final Waivers

What You'll Need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers, company leaders, and customers in a positive manner required
