What You'll Do

  • Ensure billing deadlines and service level agreements are met daily
  • Approve Debit and Credit Memos
  • Evaluate Billing Errors
  • Release Daily Invoices
  • Process Daily BOLs
  • Maintain training processes and procedures
  • Resolve request and inquiries from billing team and internal customers
  • Respond to customer inquires
  • Additional tasks as needed by Billing Manager
  • Develop metrics to identify root cause process-related issues/problems and implement change when needed
  • Collaborate with Billing Manager to ensure overall departmental goals are met
  • Offer and receive feedback in a constructive manner
  • Provide feedback on work performance and tasks to personnel in a professional manner
  • Recruit and train new employees when needed
  • Implement standard practices and procedures with emphasis on accuracy/quality and safety
  • Make timely and sound decisions while using resources wisely

What You'll Need

  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Sets high standards for self and others
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Must be able to problem-solve
  • Must have an ability to multitask, meet deadlines and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advance computer applications skills in MS Excel
  • Proficient to Intermediate computer application skills in MS Outlook and Word
  • Able to use quantitative analysis to make decisions
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
  • Leader who displays a "can do" attitude, sense of urgency, and dedication to the success of the overall Billing Department
  • Exhibits integrity and trust, as well as respect for individuals
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, information systems, or related fields
