What You'll Do

Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Train on and Safely operate mechanical equipment as required
Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program
Shadow Financial Analyst in everyday duties along with Month End Close Processes
Shadow Financial Analysts and DBA in business planning processes as well as month end close tasks and normal everyday FA tasks
Loop through Central Division Operations to meet Managers and get a feel for what each LOB while taking on projects and tasks as needed within the Division from the DBA
Focus on biggest area of concern and help Central Division team FAs going forward with all tasks as needed

What You'll Need

Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
Strong customer service skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ability to direct others to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to learn quickly, multitask and utilize time wisely
Must be able to work rotating shifts which may include days, nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
