What You'll Do

Gain hands-on expperience with large-scale manufacturing processes, equipment, material flow, and production systems
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Analyze process performance using data-driven methods to identify waste, variability, and improvement opportunities
Lead or support process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives

What You'll Need

Understanding of the industrial manufacturing environemnt, including shop-floor operations and production workflows
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence initiatives preferred
Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive practical, sustainable improvements

Your Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma projects (Yellow Belt or Higher)
