What You'll Do

  • Execute talent acquisition strategy with focus on full-cycle recruiting
  • Manage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners and partner with them to gain full understanding and each position and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Effectively communicate to all involved parties including business leaders, hiring managers, HR Partners, agencies, and candidates including managing candidate expectations and ensure feedback is provided timely
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build applicant pool and seek referrals from other candidates
  • Assist in metrics reporting to analyze various pieces of the recruitment process
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation training
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
  • Must be highly organized with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a large workload while maintaining a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business required
  • Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak, and understand English language in verbal and written communication.
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required
