What You'll Do
- Handle vendor monthly contract management
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
- Handle all questions and discrepancies from suppliers
- Handle annual compliance, ISO, and company related documents for all scrap suppliers
- Interface with scrap suppliers regarding missing documentation
- Manage CMC Scrap Portal vendor support, including questions, setup, and issues
- Works well with team members or independently; gives and receives feedback in a constructive manner
- Displays a positive, can-do attitude; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations; makes timely and sound decisions
- Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with computer operating systems, to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Must be highly organized with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a large workload while maintaining a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Highly technical, detail oriented, organized and self-starter
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work through resources to accomplish objectives required
- Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication.
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
