Why This Job

In this position, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with internal business leaders, colleagues, and HR. You will manage the application process for open positions, post jobs to CMC's career page and other relevant sites, and help create offer letters, position descriptions, and other marketing materials. You’ll also document, track, and maintain applicant records and statuses on open positions, while developing and maintaining relationships with candidates.  We’re looking for someone who is able to provide proactive customer service, is proficient in Microsoft Office, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can prioritize and manage a large workload. 

What You'll Do

  • Execute talent acquisition strategy with focus on full-cycle recruiting
  • Manage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidates
  • Partner with hiring team to build job profiles and other marketing materials that support recruitment activities as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners and partner with them to gain full understanding and each position and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Effectively communicate to all involved parties including business leaders, hiring managers, HR Partners, agencies, and candidates including managing candidate expectations and ensure feedback is provided timely
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build applicant pool and seek referrals from other candidates
  • Assist in metrics reporting to analyze various pieces of the recruitment process

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish required
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, manage a large workload, and effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Experience using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy) preferred
  • Strong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business required
  • Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
