What You'll Do

• Set up and prepare precast concrete molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
• Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete using hand and power tools
• Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
• Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing)
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects
• Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
